Why do people marry? I tried to look deeply into this matter and I found out in my investigation that people have different motives for getting married. They include:

1. Companionship
2. Childbearing
3. Slavery
4. Selfish reasons such as to obtain Chieftaincy titles, or because ur spouse is from a wealthy home and the likes
5. For sex
6. Because others are doing it
7. Pressure from parents and friends.
8. For love.

The list is endless. What's your own opinion on this issue? What exactly is marriage all about? And If you are married, why did you marry your spouse?

The MAIN reason I gotten married was because MY HUSBAND PROPOSED ME and his family/my family gave us their blessing!
