Y has it become a practice for MDAs under FG, devising ways and plans to fleece d ordinary Nigerian? Recently, Nysc introduced #4000 fee for call up letter. My question is 1. can't d NYSC incorporate dis into their yearly budget? please house, make una judge dis matter. una dooooooo. |
