Ask urself... If a company drivers kills somebody, who is held liable? Who pays damages? Who is sued? who e.t.c.....

Good! U are now getting it right. If Dangote Plc driver kills somebody, Dangote would not be prosecuted: instead, Dangote Plc would be prosecuted and there is no any sanction that can go beyond payment of damages. Google the "principle of separate personality" or Section 37/38 of Companies and Allied Matters Act for further clarification.

In the case of Synagogue, it is also a registered organization though not a company: it can be sued and sue. Therefore, TB Joshua cannot be prosecuted: Synagogue Church of Nations can only be sued. In the same vein, it may be too early to judge occurrence whose cause has not been verified. Though not a member of his church nor his followers, but let us remember that he is not a Developer, a Planner nor a Builder who is well versed in construction. Incompetent Developer, fake materials bought, soil type, and lackadaisical attitude of government officials might also constitute another cause.

God bless Nigeria!

Nigerians are silly. Is Fashola the police? Fashola does not have the constitutional right to arrest anybody. They simply need to petition the attorney general and/or Fashola to investigate the issue. If a case of negligence can be built against TB Joshua; then he can be arrested
