Priston bro.. I actually need help i have been using the gym for some few months now tho i am not consistent.. I am 6ft and some. Inches tall wat i need id i want to gym. And gain weight i use my school gym and as a Student you know i cant always have to eat correvt balanced diet. Wat supplements would you recommend for me to make me big and muscular.. Note am not skinny and am not fat...

I wanna build all my body.. Both my legs and i want to squat oy once a week!
Pls i need you to help me come up with a workout timetable time table i can only hit the gym 4 times a week sun, Tuesday, Wednesday nd saturday! but make my squats only on Saturday..

What is the best way to decrease body fat%? I know you can't spot reduce but is it better to do HIT or to lift weights?

Trying to get to a 20% bf.

My personal favorite will be to do an hour of cardio on an empty stomach in the evening and have a lean protein shake. Works like a charm, 6 packs in less than 2 weeks. check my pic. No kidding.

over 3 months but am not consistent but now i want to be consistent i weigh 74kg and i am 6ft and some inches tall my goal is to add more mass and look big.. .with muscles.. A bit not too big tho...

Hello bro, sorry for my late reply. I am glad you want to take your muscle building to the next level. Being a student is no excuse if you really want to be muscle-bound. At least you have plant and animal proteins to select from. As for the supplements, you can go for creatine powder(to be taken before you pump) or whey protein( after pumping). Except you want to the go the steroid way, which can be bad for the body.
Remember muscles are built outside the gym and not in the gym.

What is your diet on a good day?

How busy can your day be like? Is it only on sunday, tuesday, wednesday and saturday that you are free?

Answer these questions and we will start from there.

@muscleunited, nice one bro. I have watched your youtube videos including that of a woman trying to burn her fats. That gym is really a standard one with so many machines and freeweights. Where is the gym located? I strongly believe d gym no dey naija sha.

Well.. I use the gym and run away.. But now i intend to be consistent.. I wid say am a lower intermediate.. My days mostly busy i am only free on Tuesday morning! The other days are in the evening.. Every evening am free

Where are you based? If you are in lagos, you can go to gnc stores along allen-avenue ikeja. They sell international standards body-building supplements, protein shakes. Casein and whey protein. They got u covered.

i need your advice i have been lifting for almost 7 months now, i started with 3days a week now 4days a week.

my workout regimen is a push and pull split and lift as heavy as i can

mon: weighted pushup with barbell plates 4*12/10
overhead dumbell tricep extension 4*12
tuesday: standing barbell curls 5*12/10
bent over row 4*10
Wednesday: rest

Thursday and Friday repeat
Saturday and Sunday rest

i used to take whey and creatine monohydrate the first 3-4 months i started stopped after

knew about progressive overload(adding plates to the bar) but didn't incorporate it after about 4.5 months after training

i have been making progressive overload but not physical gains aside what i had initially (quiet fit before i started lifting)

also have a little p-belly

its over 7months and i dont know the problem.

NB: i am 64kg
early twenties
around 5'7-9
no supplement
recently started intermittent fasting (2 weeks)
i dont spend more than 40mins- 1hr in the gym(home)
i am an ectomorph

First and foremost I appreciate ur tenacity. Being an ectomorph puts u at a disadvantage of making "huge" gains in so short a period of time. But there is always a way to bypass this. How is your diet like? I want you to incorporate compound exercises like squats and bench presses. Reduce your aerobics.

Wow!!! it's been quite awhile. Hope we are still keeping it real. l have been off the radar of the internet for some time cos it is always good to go back to Mother Nature. I am back and better.

So like I will always say No Pain No Gain.

thanks for the prompt response, i dont do aerobics. i however do have a barbell and dumbell set but am unable to bench press(no spotter) so instead i opt for the other weighted pushup while progressively overloading by costantl adding barbell plates.


i eat basically 3 times a day, with mostly bread, tea and egg(s)
as breakfast

NB: my chest (pecs) are my most impressive so far(noticeable)
