This Balalakin guy has always been a pretender in the business firmament. Created by Obasanjo, and nurtured by the likes of Ibori, it seems things have gone awry with the dislocation of his centre of gravity - since his political benefactors are no longer able to provide patronage. The consequence is what we are witnessing, with the total collapse of his business 'empire'.

These vultures parade themselves as business gurus even when they know next to nothing about running a business.

I thought their major huddle to stardom was our amiable Princess Stella Oduah, the best Aviation Minister ever in Nigeria history, who stood her ground to reverse all their dirty deals prior to her administration.

Thank goodness Bcl attempt to perpetually short change Nigerians never succeeded.

Let them go through the normal reform process to bounce back as others.

TOPCRUISE: It is insulting for Bi-courtney through its spokesperson to declare a federal High court order illegal.

That itself is a CONTEMPT OF COURT.... and that spokesman, Babalakin and those involved (including some corrupt Judges that vacate a "contemporary's ORDER" OF COURT) should all be arrested and made to face the Judge who gave the ORDER, to explain why they should not be jailed for CONTEMPT!

I tell you, some of these Cash-and-Carry Judges need to be publicly whipped with Koboko! angry angry

Why didn't Bicourtney sue the Federal Government for its own debts?why did they wait for this long? Knowing how things worked in this part of the world. Aren't they aware of how the former CBN (a government agency) governor (SLS) harass the banks that led money to petroleum markets who are also being owned by the government.
How did Bicourtney expect AMCON to go and get there money from the Government? Who are there advisers?Did they thouhg about this?

Don't forget that Wale Babalakin is a qualified lawyer (a Senior Adversary of Nigeria at that). He would most probably have AssetStripped / Pillaged / Transferred the most valuable Assets out of BiCourtney's ownership before now.

Moreover his father Justice Bolarinwa Babalakin just received a CFR from Goodluck in this years honours list 8 days ago so Wale is not entirely an orphan in the Nigerian scheme of things.

The big axe should be quickly deployed here. An order appointing a receiver is made against a party on 22/9/14 rather than seek to vacate same, the party 3 days later approaches another court to procure a restraining injunctive order..Justice Buba is fast earning a sordid reputation for himself as a black sheep. He gave ex~Gov Odili injunction against arrest/prosecution, gave Speaker Ikuforiji a clean bill in his money laundering charges trial & now this. I hope he is not another Justice Egbo Egbo
