Let me give the first answer that comes to mind- Education.

But I'll say more...
Education is not a guarantee for success but it increases the chance especially in our world today where there is emphasis on academic qualification.

We can also look at education away from the 'school' perspective.
There is another definition of education that applies to the parents and can be given in the home environment. It is defined thus:

"The act or process of imparting or acquiring general knowledge, developing the powers of reasoning and judgment, and generally of preparing oneself or others intellectually/emotionally for mature life."

This is a more comprehensive definition.

Education and proper mannerisms.

Good training. It covers spiritual, moral, education, trade etc
