Independence day as a school boy in Sokoto North western Nigeria was special, as children we will save the 5 or 10 kobo so that we can buy our own Green white green flag and wave same with other children during the celebration! Those moments were really special ! As we celebrate another anniversary no matter how much you have come to hate Nigeria and her leaders you will always admit the fact the when the National anthem begins to play you find yourself falling for the country all over again ! So in appreciation of the millions who have sacrificed so much for our country including you reading this piece please kindly Post your best flag design and or a Prayer for country !
