Borno state Governor Kashim Shettima grants 22 prisoners amnesty to mark Nigeria's 54th Independence anniversary. I just hope he has not released Boko Haram terrorists back into the field. The North-east is in a state of war and any unnecessary release of prisoners should be closely monitored.
