I Am not a Fan of the Rivers state Governor but God Knows that these pics say more than a Millions words .

Credit must be given to this man on the mono rail he has done well on this project despite the withdrawal of the initial partners. the quality of coaches , the quality of work done the design and colors adapted are fantastic .

Best wishes to the Good People of Rivers State they are the winners hin n out nutrition

Maybe I should pay bus tickets for the first three people that commented on this thread whom I believe are not resident in Port Harcourt to come for a tour around the said mono rail. For goodness sake, that thing isn't moving or going anywhere in the next ten yrs!!!! Sorry bus that's the truth. It's just mere 1km or less. Am been realistic here no strings attached. It doesn't justify the amount sunk in for starters and if we were running a progressive govt I'd say maybe the next man will pick up from where he stopped but that ain't gonna happen. In essence, that's the end of story.

I just had to comment on this sha...I initially was impressed about the monorail initiative until i saw it live and all I can say is that it is a huge waste of resources in the state..pretty yes! but a waste. Anybody body seeing only the pictures will not know that how short and useless the the train path is angry.
My full 4 months in port-harcourt I have had only once needed to pass by the train route and it is annoyingly alongside a major road which funny enough is quite good. I'm not pro or anti Ameachi oh...but he could have done better...so many important roads around the city that are sooo bad, he just started doing ordinance/slaughter road after 8 year! 8 years!!!...abeg i just tire to talk jor...he's still better than my state governor undecided
