I thought i was the only one thinking abt this.

My mom travelled and i had ALOT of chores yesterday,i told my dad that i can't make stew that saturday and he was like then what would happen on sunday?

I said there is yam,i'd fry it.

Wetin i come hear na...

Why would you fry yam on sunday morning?

I just weak!

I guess it has become a norm.
I remember our teacher once talked abt it. He said those days rice was so expensive and that it was only eaten on special days
