Nairaland is now a place where idiots and semi-illiterates converge. The article states that there was an end user certificate emmanating from the office of the NSA and duly signed by him. It also shows that there was a list of of items to be purchased. Despite all these, some people still prefer to spin it around and pull the president into it;why do some of you prefer to have it the other way round?

Nigeria urgently needs to mark South Africans as enemies of the Nigerian state and treat them accordingly.

If all they do is to seek for everything negative about Nigeria with an intention of exposing sensitive deals and tarnishing Nigeria's image further, Nigeria needs to hit them back in anyway we can.

IF THEY DONT WISH TO SELL WEAPONS TO US, STOP TRYING TO BUY FROM THEM. GO TO RUSSIA AND CHINA, THEY WILL SELL TO US.

I am only happy about the fact that these embarrassments by SouthAfricans will make Nigeria conscious of the need to develop domestic weapon manufacturing capabilities. DICON MUST BE REVAMPED AND REPOSITIONED TO MAKE THESE WEAPONS AT HOME.

Nonsense!!

Ok. So let me get this straight... YOU MEAN WE BUY WEAPONS FROM SA? What happened to France, Russia or China?
Even at that, why can't our guys do proper investigations before doing business with some loose agencies?
Now I know the reason for the President's recent emergency meeting with the security chiefs.
Heads must roll in this one and that money must be recovered.
The insults are becoming too much

Don't worry, when the matter is tabled and dealt with by Nigeria, Zuma and his ministers will come and beg for reconciliation as usual.
Then, you'll know that being the Giant of Africa is not by producing weapons.

As usual those asking for source have suddenly gone quiet. Its no use engaging in the art of self deception and delusion. Soon they may say the link is not opening or the "source" not credible meanwhile our money is being donated to a country that has 24/7 electricity, world class educational, health and transport facilities.
