Tinubu is not running for office, in fact most Apc supporters won't vote him, he knows that and that is why he keeps presenting his best candidates. This same way the crooks and lobbyists (the dirtiest of people you can think of, drug dealers, gun runners) in the democratic and Republican parties will never be presented for office. (it doesn't mean they are not there)
