To perish means to be condemned to hell fire after dying physically. That is the spiritual death. Spiritual death is not a cessation of existence rather it is a state of eternal torment in hell.
This is the fate of all sinners with gays and lesbians leading the pack having found no reason to repent or admit they are living in sin.

Everlasting life after physical death is the reward for living a righteous and holy life. It is characterised by eternal bliss.
