The wp theme i intend to buy comes with the following requirement, I'd like to know if your commander hosting package is compatible. Below are the ideal memory related settings should you wish to use into your WordPress site. php.ini settings max_execution_time = 200 memory_limit = 256M post_max_size = 64M upload_max_filesize = 64M wp-config.php settings define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ); define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ ); If you don’t know what is this and how to implement it, please request your hosting provider for above setting and they should get this done for you pretty quickly. |

Re: The Domainkingng Thread by domainking: 12:14am On Jul 23, 2015 |
enifex:Hi, I can see from our backend that you had requested an plan upgrade for your hosting account to increase your bandwidth. Sure you can save your website's bandwidth in many ways: 1) By reducing file size of images, css and other files you upload on your hosting account using compression tool, reducing image resolution using photo editing tools. 2) By using external server to load Images, Media/Videos and CSS/JS Files. Like Using paid service: MaxCDN, Or Free Image Hosting Sites: Imageshack, PhotoBucket etc, For Videos you can use Youtube. 3) You can also use Cloudflare to speed up website using their caching. The above measures should save your bandwidth a lot and if after these measures your website is not consuming much bandwidth then you may not need an upgrade. It all depends on your website, content, visitors and preference. Do let us know if you have any further queries. Best Regards, Karan DomainKing.NG |

Hello, on your website, you advertise free domain name with your one year hosting plans, however during checkout, I discovered I was being charged for the supposedly "free" domain which you advertised as free on the site. Its needless to say I was pissed off! |
Re: The Domainkingng Thread by domainking: 5:56pm On Jul 24, 2015 |
dadojo:Hi, We do offer free domain for 1st year with every hosting package (if you order web hosting for 1 year) except for Starting Civilian Plan: http://www.domainking.ng/web-hosting/ Did you place the order for Civilian Plan? It does not come with free domain. Did you order a hosting plan for less than year? We don't offer free domain if you order a hosting plan for less than 1 year. Plus there are some domain extensions like: .co that are not free with the hosting account. Which domain did you order with the hosting? I cannot be sure why you were charged for the domain unless i know your domain and hosting plan you tried to order. Please email us at support[at]domainking.ng or raise a support ticket at: http://www.domainking.ng/support/, we will place an order for you, if you are any having issues while placing the order. Best Regards, Karan DomainKing.NG |

I need clarity. What's the difference between the 'blog hosting' and 'web hosting'. I'm trying to purchase a host. |
Re: The Domainkingng Thread by domainking: 1:12am On Jul 30, 2015 |
fathomberry:Hi, There is no difference in our 'blog hosting' and 'web hosting' plans at the backend. Everthing is same. Only difference is on the pricing side and the number of domains you can host on each plan and the offers we are currently running (we are currently running 30% discount offer on our web hosting plans at: http://www.domainking.ng/web-hosting/). Feel free to contact us if you have any further queries. Best Regards, Karan DomainKing.NG |

Hi, I raised an invoice on the 25th, however I couldn't make payments because of my work schedule. I'll like to make that payment this morning but I'm confused, as I don't know if that invoice is still valid, or if to raise another. |
