Gov. Dickson was a willing tool used by the presidency to destroy the Nigerian Governors Forum (NGF).

He was actively involved during the fight against some PDP governors who later joined APC.

Most meetings on how to bring down Ameachi was held in Bayelsa state with Dickson among them.

Dickson was also used by the presidency to Timipre Sylver.

Now the presidency has turned against the same Dickson.
