It is not new taxes!
These have been the normal taxes that the gas stations simply refused to pay.
Yet,they want manner from heaven in terms of good roads and other infrastructure. I think the government should make sure these crooked dealers aren't allowed to create artificial scarcity and exploit the people more by selling fuel in the mid-night at above pump prices.

Our people should learn to pay taxes to the government and then demand better infrastructure in return. That is how it works in civilized societies.

i think we nigerians should be more willing to pay taxes in order to make our country move to greater heights...lets take some countries for example, lets say U.S,Britain they are moving economically forward due to their willingness to pay taxess...later would they start blaming GEJ.

Aii. They should pls pay

Nigerians are allergic to paying tax, probably because they don't believe in the government - quite sad. sad

About 2weeks ago, I wasn't seeing light in ma hood, had to ask from peeps that have their ears to the ground, they said EEDC where asked to pay tax and they refused. So they went briefly on strike and returned after few days.
-This tax issue is never received well by the masses/business entities. It should be looked into
