. Some APC folks really think Rivers is an APC state and also counts it as a state controlled by APC but that is not true as I stay in PH. Nd trust me 1 APC dude is equal to 10000 PDP man. Rivers people cannot afford an unrefined person like Wike as their Governor because our state is too dear to us.
