Former Vice-President and leading presidential aspirant of the All Progressives Congress, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has explained why he could not make it to the Wednesday’s Special Convention of the party. Atiku gave the explanation via his official Facebook account (Atiku Abubakar) on Wednesday.
