The proof is the obvious fear-mongering about Ebola whereas no mention of far more deadly diseases such Rabies.
It is a psychological weapon in that it is used to psychologically terrorise you in order to panic you into taking the deadly vaccines they have created for Africa, which will be the real killer.
Up until the vaccine is used on Africans, the deaths are just being over-hyped on the all the main new media across several countries.

Even for a high profile politician like Patrick Sawyer or other high profile government officials allegedly killed by Ebola across the region; find any web sites that mentions them in their role prior to the so called Ebola outbreak.

Whilst I agree that one of the reason for the so called Ebola outbreak is to de-populate Africans (other reason being the take over of Africa's rich natural resources and economic exploitation).
I do not agree with the bio weapon theory at all. If they release a contagious bio-weapon, how can they control it to stop it spreading to America and killing them.

The truth is that Ebola does not exist and it is a huge psychological manipulation to create fear and panic, that would lead people to willingly take the deadly vaccines that they have created for Africa. It is these new killer vaccine that they would force Africa to buy, they hope will kill us in large numbers and to de-populate Africa.

In November 1998, The Sunday Times reported that Israel was attempting to build an "ethno-bomb" containing a biological agent that could specifically target genetic traits present amongst Arab populations.

This ethnic bio-weapons theory has some flaws:
if you are saying that the virus has been released, and it is only targeting blacks, then what of the white doctors allegedly infected?
Ebola is not very deadly ( according to the hoaxer themselves) it would be pointless developing a new disease that is less deadly than existing disease such as Rabies.
