For over five hours yesterday Thursday, players of Sharks and Dolphins and Rivers angels barricaded the Rivers state government house over unpaid signing - on fees,allowances and salaries. The players had made up their minds to keep vigil at government house to seek audience with governor Rotimi Amechi over their plight. This young men and women have not been paid their sign - on fees as well as salaries and allowances for one year. They said they will leave until they see the governor who is said to be outside outside the country.
