If you can not get a direct vehicle to Ikeja from Volks, then pick an Oshodi vehicle, if that's impossible, then pick Mile 2 vehicle, from Mile 2, pick another vehicle to Oshodi, from Oshodi ask how you can get to Ikeja. From Ikeja you can easily ask how to get to the Secretariat.
