The attention of the CBN is kindly drawn to the way some banks are dispensing torn nigerian notes through ATM. This is real!!! I withdrew money about 2 weeks ago from an ATM. (name of bank withheld). I finally used d money to buy fuel. Again, it happened again last wednesday, 5th november. another bank again. CBN please help us oh. This is too much. Next time it happens, i will mention d name of the Bank. All banks please beware.
