Let's not forgot in our half baked heat compromised political assessments to be wiser than our political class which strives to maximize its own ignorance and stupidity on a daily basis. Anyone relying of "ex governor" "ex president" "ex minister" for anything is a fool. Nigerian politics is about cash flow and someone thats not in power can't connect you to the government coffers that brought you into politics to begin with. These old windbags are empty drums making noise.

This is why I find ignorance of people like obasanjo, atiku and other has been hilarious. Who are these men today and in the grand scheme of things? Who is willing to follow orders from either? As far as nigerian politics is concerned, the likes of obj, babangida, atiku, etc are very relevant-believe it or not. Until we start experiencing true democracy, i guess this is how it will be.

This is a compound and total lie. These men are only relevant in name. What position can obj give a follower let alone atiku that jonathan can't? Will obasanjo get you a government contract or make you minister of education? Can obasanjo even make his own daughter a senator in his own local government as he failed to do before. Will Atiku get you an oil block? The president of nigeria is the president of nigeria. We only insult ourselves by saying there are men in this country that can rival him when Obasanjo wa bastardizing Babangida time and time again people were saying Babangida was the real oga in nigeria.
