Below was what the a court of competent jurisdiction had to say about the alleged corruption cases against former Education Minister Professor Fabian Osuji, Wabara and Abdulazeez Ibrahim brought before it by the OBJ government.
This judgement was delievered when Jonathan was in Power and controlling EFCC. Just like every other corrupt people are given clean bill of health. It is like you didn't read my Original write-up

Published on June 2, 2010
The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Tuesday freed former Senate President, Adolphus Wabara, former Minister of Education, Prof. Fabian Osuji, and Sen. Ibrahim Abdulazeez from a N50 million bribery allegation.
Justice Mary Odili, while delivering the judgment, held that the charge was bogus and failed to establish a prima facie case against the accused persons.
Odili said the prosecution failed to attach the list of witnesses and other relevant documents to the charge as required by law.
She held that the criminal charge was frivolous, baseless and had no merit and as such could not be sustained.
The court also held that the prosecution had earlier resorted to self help by subjecting the accused persons to a pre-court trial.
“You recall that former President Olusegun Obasanjo pronounced the accused persons guilty in his nationwide broadcast in 2005; that was prejudicial and no court will take it.

Even James Ibori was given a clean bill of health lol before he was convicted in London for the same offence

OBJ fought corruption to an appreciable level to the extent of making an example of Chief Sunday Afolabi his senior at secondary school( who was only saved by death) and made a show of Tafa Balogun, a whole IGP of police

But GEJ not only abandoned the fight,he glamorized looters, turned them into instant celebrities and offered them a shoulder to lean on

He became a Rev Father for corrupt people by granting them Presidential pardon

Remind me how much the Abachas returned to Nigerian treasury to date.
The same Abacha that Jonathan withdraw charges from? Very funny bro. A Buhari will never WITHDRAW ongoing corruption case. The Judge will be the one to decide

Did you read that the Prosecutors failed to attach list of witnesses? Why? because they don't give a damn. Why didn't the ICPC or the Attorney General Appeal the Judgement of Justice Odili? Do you know that the court case for acquittal by the Suspects in a Federal High Court in 2005 was dismissed? They couldn't get the "clean bill" at the High Court under Obj regime, but only got it under Jonathan, because the Prosecution didn't bring relevant document. Funny enough they didn't appeal
The accused persons had urged an Abuja High Court to quash the charges against them on Nov. 10, 2005, but their prayer was dismissed by the court.

Why is it that only this government that high powered suspects are giving frivolous clean bill of health?

Whoever that does not know the logic GEJ led government uses to scuttle corruption cases against High Profile individuals/Politicians is an infant in Nigeria

The government's prosecution witnesses are simply told to contradict whatever earlier statement they have made when the government was determined to nail an accused as against when the government is no longer interested in crushing the accused who must have begged, pledged allegiance or promise to tone down on his opposition against the government

Since the courts cant manufacture evidence against anybody except that they normally rely on what witnesses say......someone who must then have been told not to cooperate any more by feigning different issues........the presiding judge and court will simply be left with no option than to discharge or dispose off the case for lack of diligent prosecution

The few ones who stuck to their opposition against the government and got acquitted like El-Rufai and Tinubu did so on the merit of their cases which the government could not do anything to tarnish them with

Every other person who had walked free or had his/case thrown out are majorly Pro-PDP members who cant dare raise their voices lest the government appeal the case against them.....people like Alao Akala,Gbenga Daniel,Orji Uzor Kalu,Attahiru Bafarawa,Saminu Turaki,Rashidi Ladoja,Chimaroke Nnamani,Achike Udenwa,Chiwonke Mmbadinuju etc who still have pending cases against them can never ever say 'pim' against the government lest their case files are dusted

Wow!!! another half truth isn't?

1. If Adolphus Wabara, Fabian Osuji, Abdulazeez Ibrahim, Emmanuel Okpede, Badamasi Maccido and Chris Adighije were all corrupt, how many of them are serving jail time now? Are you aware that they were set free by a court of law? what does say about the so-called fight against corruption?

2. Atiku is corrupt, where is him now?

Lets turn to your lies against GEJ

1. He pardoned an ex-convict... emphasis on EX. The man has served his time, repented and was granted a pardon. Pardoning of ex-convicts and criminals is prerogative of a president, Obasanjo pardoned convicted coup plotters, President clinton pardoned his half-brother, a convicted drug dealer. Infact Clinton pardoned over 150 people.

2. Stella Odua is no more a minister, maybe you should take her to court armed with FOI

3. Why the lies bro? who withdraw the case against FFK? the case is still on going, and November 17 is the resumed hearing. EFCC closed it case and it is turn for the accused to enter defence. His team wanting to fill a no-case submission which is opposed by EFCC

In response, the prosecutor, Mr. Festus Keyamo, urged the court to uphold his written submissions in opposition to the no-case submission, and call on the accused to enter his defence

http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/court-reserves-ruling-on-fani-kayode-s/193750/

4. In 2002, The Nigerian government led by OBJ reached a out-of-court settlement with Abacha family in exchange for $1 billion.

http://www.ejpd.admin.ch/ejpd/en/home/aktuell/news/2002/ref_2002-04-17.html

More important, Mohammed Abacha was so corrupt that Buhari didn't mind campaigning with him in 2010.. After-all, Buhari told us that Abacha never stole

5. Farouk Lawan is still in court, he cannot lose his seat as a member of house of representative unless he is convicted, the same Lagos house speaker didn't lose his speakership while his case was going on

http://www.channelstv.com/2014/10/29/620000-bribery-farouk-lawan-fails-to-delay-trial/

6. [s]Bode is an ex-convict.. ex means he has served his time.. people who have served this time must be re-integrated to the society[/s]... The supreme court actually acquitted him that he was tried under unknown law

7. It would have been true if the house didn't lie about the court order in the first instance

http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/judge-house-lied-there-was-no-injunction-halting-probe-of-alison-madueke/177436/

No-case Submission

“The accused pleaded not guilty to the charges against him before this court, and by so doing, he has joined issues with the prosecution, leaving them to prove their case beyond doubt.

“The prosecution called six witnesses, and of all these witnesses, none of them came forward to give any evidence that they had any financial transaction with the accused..

Sir, when you guys were trying to use this suitcases' saga for campaign during the last election, it didn't yield a positive result and would never yield come 2015. Atiku was in PDP then in 2011 when Buhari was accused of hijacking some suitcases, Buhari asked the Jonathanians to direct their questions on the suitcases to Atiku, who was then the Area Comptroller of Custom in charge of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, but Atiku who was in the best position to speak on that, only blamed that on the rudeness and cruelty of the Soldiers, but couldn't say if Buhari truly personalized it or not.

Responding to enquiries from newsmen on the issue during a campaign stop in Dutse, shortly before a courtesy call on Governor Sule Lamido, Buhari said that Atiku was in the best position to speak on the issue because he was in-charge of the Airport Customs.

http://www.vanguardngr.com/2011/03/53-suitcases-saga-buhari-blasts-atiku-jonathan/

The major thing Atiku should have been using to campaign against Buhari now, is the suitcases saga, if he truly ran some stuff with them. But Atiku, being the guy who's in the best position to explain it to us, not campaigning with it shows that Buhari knows nothing about the 53 suitcases!

Buhari on Abacha “it is not true that he looted public treasury. I knew who Abacha was because I was close to him”

It is VERY unfortunate that the General made such a statement. Though he made it during Abacha's 10years death remembrance (probably not to speak ill against the dead). However, record shows that Abacha was one of the Most Corrupt official. I believe GMB would have Prosecuted him if he(Abacha) was alive.

It is like you are being quick to answer. The defence entered no case because the EFCC did not produce ANY of her witnesses.

“The prosecution called six witnesses, and of all these witnesses, none of them came forward to give any evidence that they had any financial transaction with the accused.
“PW3 (a Superintendent of Police) told this court that nobody came forward to say that he gave any cash to the accused.http://thenationonlineng.net/new/efcc-to-court-fani-kayode-has-a-case-to-answer/
Like I said, we all know where the case is heading. Is this how prosecution work?

2. For Bode George...

A five-man panel of the court, in a unanimous judgement, maintained that as at the time the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, charged the former NPA boss to court, the offence of ‘’contract splitting,’’ was not known to any Nigerian law. - See more at: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2013/12/npa-contract-scam-s-court-acquits-bode-george-5-ex-convicts/#sthash.5haiTbQ4.dpuf
