there are two variants of cement. 32.5 and 42.5 the former is not used for building. its the latter that us being used. the 42.5 which is being used for general building construction is sold from the plant at 1304 excluding transport. the one sold at 1050 from the plant is the 32.5 variant. in a nutshell, don't expect to buy cement at any price less than 1400. #fact |

It is expected that the prices will crash gradually. There are still many stocks of the 1500 bags in store that need to be sold now. They can't sell those ones for a loss |
