This yam just resemble igneous rock but issokay : next time allow the yam cook to a reasonable extent before putting the ingredients.

_then the color come be like say you put KITCHEN GLORY inside.
I can't imagine tin'tomato in my yam porridge though (fresh tomato would have been better) __ the palm oil is enough for the coloring, I don't see the need for the tin'tomato again. Anyway, different strokes for different folks.

A little 'green' leaves wouldn't hurt, sometimes I use 'nchanwu' (in igbo)...that leaf they use in pepper soup.

You use tintomatoes for porridge? Next time don't add tomatoes, just reduce the quantity of water.
