We have seen scenarios where expelled insurgents stage a counter attack and reclaim such towns/cities, laying siege in such places and proclaiming it a caliphate.... Let's hope it Is not a tactical withdrawal from Boko haram since we are the era of military tactical move if they drop their guns and run into Cameroon and Niger when boko boys appear.

We are in need a real focused and determined Army not riddled with clueless and corrupt generals feeding fat on the defence budget while the rank and file feel the heat from BH.
