Hello guys, recently had an arguement about turning food while cooking. Is there actually any relation between turning food while cooking and it burning(jollof rice especially) because I see it as an unbased myth(though either I turn while cooking or not my jollof rice dey everly burn) So guys I'd really appreciate your comments to debunk this myth.

Food prepared with oil(veg or palm)....burn when u turn while cooking.....

Yes it does... but even if you must turn it, use a wooden stick or spoon..it will minimize the burns
