Pure lie, this is the NYSC orientation camp. Nonwa Gbam Tai. They are still in camp so they are still under the FG. |

When we served we were read the Riot Act of the NYSC which inluded prohibition of granting press interview as a corps member and mass action or protest. But how do you tell a hapless, hungry and angry corps member serving in the most remote part of the state which even Local Gov't chairman cannot go to not to protest non-payment of a horrendous pittance called allowance?! Why would a corps member not even be entitled to both salary and allowance. Why can't he enjoy the complete benefits of a Level 8 Federal civil servant, as he's categorized?! |
