APGA To Adopt Jonathan As Presidential Candidate by Diamondwriter(m): 4:10am On Nov 22, 2014
The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, has
fixed December 17, 2014 for a Special National
Convention to formally ratify the appointment of
the Anambra State Governor Chief Wiliie Obiano
as its leader and Chairman of the Board of
Trustees, BOT.
The party will also use the Special National
Convention to adopt President Goodluck Jonathan
as its presidential candidate, approve and adopt
the APGA amended Constitution.
The National Working Committee (NWC) also
suspended the Abia State Chairman of the party,
Prince Nnanna Ukaegbu from APGA with
immediate effect for what it termed palpable anti-
party activities and directed its National Vice
Chairman South-East, Uchenna Okogbuo who is
also from the state to oversee, coordinate and
manage the affairs of the party in conjunction
with the Abia state Executive Committee of the
party.
The party while rising from a meeting of its NWC
in Abuja, also considered and approved the
outcome of the Screening Exercise for the
National Assembly aspirants in Anambra State.
The National Chairman of APGA, Chief Victor
Umeh and National Secretary Dr. Sani Abdulahi
Shinkafi said In a statement that the NWC
resolved that the purported clearance of Prince
Nicholas Ukachukwu by the 5-man National
Assembly Screening Appeal Panel be reversed and
his non clearance be restored for the following
reasons.
According to them, “The 5-man National
Assembly Screening Appeal Panel became
truncated and therefore improperly constituted
when it did not sit as a full panel in accordance
with Article 23(2) of the APGA Electoral Guidelines
for primary elections 2014.

So na to adopt GEJ. No other way for your party to make the presidential race more competitive than to join PDP in your state. Oga jona in tete-a-tete with APGA.

Though I for see void vote in that state and she's about to make the mistake AC made then when they voted for OBJ second term in office.

Though not supporting either of the parties but love competition. Imaging jumping of fence with baba riga. LOL

So they are telling us in the whole of Aligbo and in APGA, there no single person capable of being President? What a big shameful state of mediocrity. Tomorrow, the same party will be insulting others.

APC followers can jump into river if they like.

APGA is with PDP! Shikena.

Have you not ask yourself why all this small party can't join APC if they see them as the truly change.

Gej till 2019

Cheap Souls

After 2015 APGA will either merge with PDP or fade into oblivion.

I have a question oh, if I was voted into the house of rep as an APGA candidate and I decamp to PDP will I lose my seat?

*I don't mean to derail the thread tho* tnx

Maybe because they don't see APC as change, not a positive one at least.

Just like APC a supposed yo-robber party cannot find any ofe head as presidential candidate, you people have chicken out but Rochas muster the courage to challenge the Northern hijack of the party why the yo-robbers buried their heads like Ostrich.

WHY CANT APC FIND A PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE IN THE Southwest SHOULD BE THE QUESTION ??

APGA is in its last days.

History shows that all parties who romanticise with ruling party's presidential candidate dies slowly but surely.
