Darn! What a country! Boko haram aside, how can folks be made to live in abject poverty and like civilisation eluded them in 2014? Nigerian leaders are utterly wicked and they are the new slave masters! Shameful! 2 Likes 2 Shares |

The worst kind of leadership any nation can have is the one that is unconcern, stays aloof and remain indifferent to the plight of the people it governs. Pol Pot of cambodia seems saintly compared to the present leadership in nigeria. We now have a First lady going round the country distributing branded bagged rice and other food items bearing campaign image of her husband in the name of MDG. Is food sharing to garner votes the aim of the MDG? She remembers women few months to the general election . Now we read about wonder bags and energy saving stoves and they are going to spend about 9bllion naira for the purchase of those with our commonwealth that they themselves acknowledged is facing challenges yet they are not frugal and thinking of avoiding waste. selfish and self glorifying acts like distributing bags and stoves to rural women like this ones who are least concern about food but worried about living another day without the fear of being counted as a census figure for the fun of shekau and his murderous gang shows lack of focus and sincerity . An economy facing challenge is giving out billions to foreign firms for innovation that we can task our own indigenous firms to patent and produce God will heal this nation and return it to the path of greatness and rejuvenation soon. It should bleed the heart of all sane nigerians the kind of challenges people who are in the north east are facing. |
