Source: .com.ng A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos yesterday ordered the Department of State Security Service DSS to immediately unseal the office and data warehouse of the All Progressive Congress, APC. Justice Mohammed Nasir Yenusa of the Federal High Court in Lagos yesterday gave two orders in respect of the case of enforcement of fundamental human rights filed by APC counsel, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo. Justice Yenusa gave an immediate order against the respondent restraining the DSS from further sealing off the office or taking further steps in connection with the property. A statement by the party reads: “with regard to the five data entry staff being held in custody by the DSS, the Court ordered the respondents to produce them in court on Friday to explain to the court why they are still being held in custody. “The court, however, did not give any order regarding the release of the seized equipment, server and computer from the APC data center in Ikeja.” A combined team of men of the DSS and OP-MESA on Saturday stormed the Bola Ajibola data centre belonging to the APC in the Ikeja area of Lagos and arrested 25 APC data agents and 3 security guards. 1 Like |

Why na? Does it mean the CLONING OF INEC VOTERS CARD AND HACKING OF INEC DATABASE ONLY EXISTED IN THE HALLUCINATING HEAD OF MARILYN OGAR AND METUH after a full week of lock down and search they have not seen a single cloned PVC. Why not apologize and accept your inept, foolish and pure ineptitude. How can you claim you place intelligence and surveillance on a building for 2 weeks and come out with a FALSE FLAG, Kai, our present DSS is just like local council officials in Bama, borno state, just mere civil servants no.clue or understanding of the role they are tasked to handle. When your DSS can not crack a SERVER PASSWORD WITHOUT PHYSICALLY GOING TO ARREST IT'S ADMIN, then.you're in trouble, When your DSS mount surveillance in a building for 2 weeks and could not come out with an incriminating evidence and false flag. Then you're in trouble When your DSS ran to INTERPOL AND THE PRESS, seeking extradition for a suspect and go all the way to SUDAN to arrest the suspect and after spending 2 months in their custody, A court ruled there is no.evidence against the suspect, then you're in trouble When your DSS loses men to OMBATSE cult group and it executive director publicly say, we leave the killers of the boys in God's hands, then you're in real soup When your DSS cannot fathom how shekau and his gang gets sponsors and bring in arms into the country years into.their assault, you're in a he'll hole of a country. Really pathetic what our institutions are becoming under a democratically elected govt. The Intel security DSS that was noted for discreet investigation just some months back (Edo gov PA's killers apprehension as against the NPF shoddy job comes to mind) has suddenly become a shadow of itself and inept to the extent of bungling intel operations of such political magnitude after self-confessed 2-weeks surveillance, is very worrisome. DSS operatives used to be faceless but not anymore. DSS is fast going the way of EFCC that was castrated by the last govt (mainly because of Ibori by Andoakaa) and never got its balls back to date, albeit its effort. Sad we keep moving in circles; doing same things & wanting different results! We need to build institutions and not people. Ms. Ogar has become more popular than DSS and the DG, DSS combined in reeling out (unimaginable) info to Nigerians. One police officer Abba and another policeman Mbu comes to mind as well. History is been recorded in 3HD. |
