It was a Judicial Watch Desposition,a conservative law group,he simply exercised his right against right wing dogs like JW.

Gucciffer had no proof of him finding anything in her server and Feds say there were hacking attempts but no one got in or near retrieved any data.Guccifer is the only one who claims he got in but he found nothing interesting as well as he couldn't retrieve anything from the server cause it was well encrypted.
