why is the blame for corruption in the military only on the past generals/politicians? My dear, which parallel universe do you reside in? Let us be realistic, there is still corruption in the army and Nigeria and that's a fact. We have been fighting the Boko Haram insurgency since 2003. That is over a decade to get all the necessary counter insurgency training that is needed.
