Is Nigeria Really Broke? November Salary Not Yet Paid in some Agencies. by honey001(m): 9:00am On Dec 04, 2014 |
Salary used to be paid around 25th of every month for those on the IPPIS platform, but up till now, nothing yet for some agencies and parastatals, no reason given other than no money, are we to expect more of this in 2015? |

Speak for yourself. I know many ministries/parastatals/agencies that have paid their staff under IPPIS 5 Likes 1 Share |

honey001: Liar. Salaries were paid on time. If there is any delay it usually is the banks fault as the system requires electronic crediting of accounts directly from the auditor general's office account in the CBN to respective banks. The military usually get paid a day or two before 25th. Stop lying. |

honey001: You are lying. As I said earlier the problem that persists in late payments usually lies with the employees bank. In those same agencies you are claiming that have not been paid I am very sure it only a select few who bank with Zenith, UBA, Union and FirstBank. Sometimes the salary would have since been paid but the bank alerts may not come due to shabby GSM network. |

Name the Agency so we can verify honey001: Besides the FG does not touch salaries like your state governors who divert monies budgeted for salaries into over inflated and useless projects For your info, most Agencies generate revenue and some are self funding even at that revenue frm VAT and import duties can take care of the FG entire salary billso if you are trying to tie low oil pricing with salaries then you failed woefully. Low oil price will only affect gov capital expenditure |

Stop getting so worked up over this, "dearie". You're not the one who's not been paid. Or are you on the payroll of those who would rather pay others to lie and cover the truth, than do the right thing? I have news for you, you are overdoing it. And for the records, I used the word centre cos it's a health facility. Go enjoy your salary. BackDatAssUp: |

honey001: So Agencies have institutes of admin now or centre of finance? Go and learn to be a better liar An Agency is sub divided and managed under departments by a director An institute or centre is an automonous body on its own which has the same departmental structures headed by directors similar to an Agency! |

honey001:If you are refering to Federal Medical Centres they fall exclusively under the Fed Mins of Health. The phrase center is not an adminstrative terminology but merely a descriptive noun. An Institute on the other hand is either or both a research or and an academic body headed by a substantive DG or Rector as the case maybe and thus operates on a quasi autonomous level. An Agency or parastaltal is not composed of several institutes or centres but by relevant directorates or departments. Stop lying! |

BackDatAssUp: Is it that you can't comprehend what I wrote above or what? where did I mention that agency comprises of several institutes? I simply said I worked in an agency headquarters and we have several institutes headed by managing directors, all those institutes are under the Control of the Executive vice chairman in the agency headquarters. you got that? |
