Thiago Silva has a good game tonight. To think that dude cost us 10million euros(what a bargain). As I said Keeping him and Nesta fit would key to any title ambition we have. Ibra has been a great signing as well. All he has to do now is prove his critics(myself included) wrong by performing well in the knockout stages of the champions league.

Head to head vs Mourinho.

One win and a draw(may be a loss) would do be just fine.

We Rossoneri fans would like to thank Sandro Rosell and the Barcelona faithful for selling us Ibra for a cut price fee of 24million euros( there is no way Milan won't sign him come the end of the season).

The funny thing is that Ibra is still acclamitising to the Milan style of play and he is yet to reach full force. Unlike last season when we had only Pato to rely on as far scoring goals is concerned, this season we have two. Once those two players click into gear. . . . . . . . . smiley

Yall can thank him, but the thanking/the deal aint to Barca's detriment.

And you know this yourself.

Ofcourse it ain't to the detriment Barca. After all In David Villa, y'all have got the better striker. However as far as Milan is concerned, getting a player of his quality for that amount of money can only be described as a "Bargain". The only other realistic option is Edin Dzeko who I am certain woulda cost us no less than 35M euros.

Lucio was taken off with a suspected knee injury. No Walter Samuel, now no Lucio, Serie A is about to get very interesting.

Absolutely delighted with the performance from the lads last night. Thiago Silva and Nesta were solid as usual. Zambro is getting better as each passes and his lookong to recapture his Juve form. (hopefully he continues that way). Antonini it seems is our only glaringly obvious weak link at the back.

Rino was actually decent(has stepped up his game and his last few matches), while seedorf was some what Lackadaisical. However one player stood above the rest today not just in the midfield but the whole team, Andrea Pirlo. What a performance from Tinkerbell. His short and long passes where inch perfect and hardly misplaced any one. This performance was reminiscent of a 'Peak Pirlo'. He continues in his form, the sky is the limit for Milan. On the strikers, Robinho is slowly but surely regaining match fitness, Dinho had a very good game amd Zlatan has just carried on fron where he left off.

We now sit a point ahead of Inter however having played one more game. Hopefully, Juve takes some point off Inter in todays's match @the san siro.

Hopefully Milan can hold on here as Chievo are really pressing hard. A victory would take us to the top of the Serie A table for the time being( til Lazio plays 2 morrow). Alexandre Pato with his Brace just showed why he is pretty much undroppable when fit and firing on all cylinders. A bit of concern though regarding Thiago Silva's injury. Let's hope it ain't to bad and he can make the Madrid match.

Millan would have concede more than 2 goals if not for wastefulness of Madrid players. Lots of posession but jittery at the back and the attacking threat only show when Pippo and Robinho were introduced. Try your luck next time grin

Lavezzi became a hot global trending topic last night on Twitter> No doubt he carried Napoli on his back. I have to admit we were lucky from the red card to the saves and missed chances of the Napoli players>>>we could have drawn that game. KPB was impressive and limited the dangerous Hamsik.

He must be s starter from now on. Papa and Nesta showed lack of understanding at the back. MASSIMO ODDO has had his critics from his shabby performances last season including myself but he silenced us albeit with his first game. It was an incredible performance from him.

i still do not know why our attackers harld track back to help out. Is it a counter -tactic from Allegri? Ibra looked out of sorts and Pato was very on and off. We must continue like this when we face juve on Saturday and take d advantage of the absence of Krasic.

Then we prepare for the showdown against Real Madrid

FORZA MILAN

I also think the red card was harsh however I ain't complaining grin. It was about time we had some sought of luck. On KPB, I have said it times without number, he along with Pirlo should be the first names on the team's sheet(as far as the midfield goes). No other midfielder in the Milan squad gives us as much dynamism as he does.

For milan to stand in with a chance of winning a trophy this season, the central defensive pair of Sandro and Silva must play 90-95% of our matches. It is that simple. Papa from what a saw of him in Genoa will eventually turn out to be a great defender. Also, Training day in day out and learning from the likes of Nesta can only do him a world of good.

I still have my doubts about the coach using two lazy forward in Dinho and Ibra in his prefered 4-3-3 formation. IMO,Pato and Robinho should always start in Big gaames cuz not only do they give us that extra bit of pace our lethargic frontline lacks, they also do trackback(the same can't be said of Ibra and Dinho). Ibra and dinho should be left to fight it out for the one remaining spot in the frontline.(and on current form, that shirt is Ibras).
Here is hoping we take advantage of Krasic's absence from Juve's team.
Re: The AC Milan Thread: 2021/2022 Serie A Champions! by dayokanu(m): 7:32pm On Oct 26, 2010
Krasic has learnt the act of divig real quick in Italian football
Re: The AC Milan Thread: 2021/2022 Serie A Champions! by chic2pimp(m): 8:30pm On Oct 26, 2010
The same way Kilnsman learnt his in the Bundeshyteliga.
Re: The AC Milan Thread: 2021/2022 Serie A Champions! by dayokanu(m): 8:36pm On Oct 26, 2010
Klinsmann actually learnt it at Inter, By the time he came to Bayern he has stopped
Re: The AC Milan Thread: 2021/2022 Serie A Champions! by chic2pimp(m): 9:08pm On Oct 26, 2010
FAIL!!! He learnt and perfected the act of diving while playing for Stuttgart.
Re: The AC Milan Thread: 2021/2022 Serie A Champions! by dayokanu(m): 9:25pm On Oct 26, 2010
The learnt from the same school that thought Filipo Inzaghi.

Did you see Gilardino with the worst dive in history vs Celtic some years back and Dida who was chasing a spectator 30seconds later remembered to dive and hold his face
Re: The AC Milan Thread: 2021/2022 Serie A Champions! by chic2pimp(m): 10:28pm On Oct 26, 2010
I guess it is the same school that thought the likes of Ballack,Jarolim,Valdez and Koller(even with that 6 foot plus frame of his).
