Can you compare flourmills semovita, Ola iyan, gold custard, etc to those ones you find in the store here? My answer is no. Those Nigeria products are of higher quality. Yet, they are not on the shelves here. Quality alone might not be the only problem, there is more to it. I suspect that there are parts of the export process in other African countries that gives them a competitive advantage over Nigeria.
its all about meeting export criteria

ayaraya ji is made with this specie of bean that is smaller than the normal bean, mixed with ugba and then soft yam..
Damn, its soooo tasty! And nutritious too cheesy
