The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has said that its flag-bearer, President Goodluck Jonathan, is up for the presidential electoral contest on February 14, 2015 with the former Governor of Lagos state, Alhaji Bola Tinubu and not General Muhammadu Buhari.

It said that the former Head of state was a mere political errand boy of Tinubu. PDP National Publicity Secretary, Olisa Metuh, in a statement on Sunday said the APC Presidential candidate, General Buhari is merely a front for Alhaji Tinubu to whom he has already surrendered his powers and first official
assignment of choosing a running mate.

PDP explained that Buhari has already surrendered the task of choosing his presidential running mate to Tinubu, whom it described as his political task master

If a vote for Buhari is a vote for Tinubu, then surely a vote for the clueless is a vote for the Tompolos, the Asari Dokubos, the Clarks and in fact the female 'presidents' who, according to OBJ, are stronger than the "weak-hearted", "clueless" and "selfish" figure head.

PDP is so afraid of Tinubu. Tinubu as the sole AD governor then wrestled power from the PDP and built a very formidable opposition in 8 years.

Whatever the PDP/anti-Buhari/Tanoids say, only one thing is certain, GEJ is going back to Otuoke next year.

In any case even a vote for Tinubu will still be gain: it would be a vote for sustainable development plan (as evident in Lagos), competent and result driven ministers and agency heads, increased non-oil income, all of which are evident where his "protege" (men) govern.

Sometimes in politics one must duel with skunks, but no one should be fool enough to allow skunks to choose the weapons.
