The Ugandan maid caught on video beating a toddler has been sentenced to four years in jail by a Chief Magistrate court judge in Kampala. Ms. Tumuhiirwe was captured on CCTV as she tortured 1/12 year old Arnella Kamanzi in her father’s home in Naalya suburb on Kampala in November.
