Hi there, please calm down. There's no overnight solution to this so you need to have patience, lots of it. I suggest weaning yourself, let me explain

If you do it X number of times per day or week (depending on how quickly you want to wean, going by day will be faster), then you wean by X -1. This method won't starve you but then your brain subconsciously registers a reduction over a period of time, allowing itself to adjust.

If u are humble enof, you shud go tell ur pastor if u have one. And hey, do u watch porn? If u do, stop it. What u see can trigger that stuff wen u are alone. It is hard oooo, but wen ever u feel like 'going down' instead, go on ur kneels and pray. Engage ur mind with something else cos wen u are alone, ur mind begins to replay stuffs that are stored in ur head.
