Is An Unemployed Man A Lazy Man In Lagos? by livingstone2013: 3:59pm On Dec 19, 2014
I had a conversation with my mum during the weekend. And she was telling me that her friend's son has been jobless for more than 3 years. He is a graduate and he has been job hunting for white collar job in lagos since after nysc. But yet to secure it. All efforts by his parents to convince him to think of alternative to job hunting has been fruitless. So, my mum concluded that if a man is jobless in lagos irrespective of the circumstances, that such a man is a lazy man. Guys, what do you think? is she right or wrong?

Yes! He is a lazy man because job, business and entrepreneurial opportunities abound in Lagos! He can engage in one even with capital as low as 10,000. But for our graduate these days....... it's either white collar job or nothing. SMH!!!

Yes he is super lazy with an oversized ego. I dnt blame him he is gettin free food and shelter dts y he is lazy. Nothing makes a man humble n hustles lik mad lik hunger.

There is alwys sth to do n earn a living like driving keke n taxi on hire purchase. Or even going to construction sites to mix cement. U can also go n teach in private nursery, primary or secondary sch. These r humble beginnings but for a graduate to sit down completely idle for 3yrs is nt acceptable.
