Peeps, you might not believe this, I started liking draw soup (ogbolo soup) right from when I was very tender. I could recall most times when my parents take us to the village on xmass period, if any other soup like egwusi is cooked, my granny will take a plate n be going from one house to the other, in search of who cooked a draw soup cos her grand son, which is me, can't eat the egwusi soup. That was the good old days. I don't think one can repeat such again now cos den, their was nothing like being scared of your neighbour. I can eat a tastefull and nutrientfull ogbolo soup three times a day with out giving a damn. Later on in my life, I relocated to portharcourt, their is this popular soup by Akwa Ibomite called afam or okazi, peeps, the soup is very delicious that any "mama put" or resturant that does not have afam in Portharcourt is lacking behind. Even as I am writing this.. Afam soup is seriously battling with ogbolo soup which to catch my fancy. But I don't think their is any other soup that can relly catch my fancy like this draw soup.
