The probability of guessing correctly is not 11! since there are many pins you can load. What makes it difficult is that there is a secret formula used in the formation of those numbers, which is regularly changed, hence the reason credits expire. If I may guess, we have 12 columns and one row, in each row, the probability of one number occurring is 11! , in the column, 9!, multiply both. Gigantic! minus those already used. I'm a mathematician!

Every recharge pin has its serial no, you might have the right pin through guessing but all pins has been attached to a serial no. So impossible!!!

In addition,when permutating and combining,it takes tenths and tenths of numbers to generate one correct number in the pin..The pin is also sequel to the serial number..So,your permutation will consume sheets if you were to successfully generate one likely number..This telecom guys don't use humans to generate this number..They use a permutation web- related software that has an advance encrpypted I.d protection..
