We will also encourage State Governments to focus on employment creation, by matching every one job created in the same state.
This is Bullshiiit! In civilized societies, Federal government do not dictate to States on how to use their resources.

How is that different from SUREP? This is duplication of functions and another perfect avenue for mis management of resources. Where will APC get the resources to achieve this white elephant plan? Real economic development starts from States and Local governments. Not settings up Regional development bodies.
