You need to ask questions then:
"As your babymama or as your wife?"

There are two ways to this:
One is that the guy might mean in the normal context. Marry me, be my wife and d mother of my kids.

OR

the guy might actually mean it as Baby Mama, he might not have the intent of marriage just for you to be a baby making machine!
