I updated my infinix zero x506 and after the update, it refuses to come up again, it stops at recovery mode. i have reset to factory mode, all to no avail. can somebody help? 1 Share

do u have a backup of ur stock rom?if yes install that one on ur fne it ll work fine |

If you reside in LAGOS and you have any problems with your TECNO, INFINIX or ITEL PHONES, whether screen problem, broken screen or touchpad, whether ur phone doesn't boot well, any problems at all you are faced with, you can reach me via 08038603994 for repairs.And I also use the same number for whatsapp. Please I don't do custom ROM. Am having the same problem too, 16g version. Stuck at recovery, all effort to no avail. I will appreciate if anybody can upload a custom rom for us please. Thanks as you assist someone in needs |

The way forward is for you to get a .Backup file from someone using the 16gb version and restore user data, I'm pretty sure it'll work |

Use sp flash tool readback function as a backup and process it with mtk DROID tools |
