Any dumbass can go find pictures of the Eurostar and Virgin Trains SouthEast England service and post them here. It takes brains however to realise that you cannot put standard gauge cabins on narrow gauge tracks which is why the new DMU's deployed on that route are the best available for now. It also takes brains to realise that bringing in Eurostar train cabins overnight even if the track was standard gauge would be an expensive white elephant. Who will pay for the maintenance? Will you fly the trains abroad for maintenance every week? What trains can the NRC depot facilities handle effectively and without too much cost? How much will the ticket for such a train cost?
If such a train could run on the current narrow gauge tracks, who will be able to afford the ticket? Will you pay N15,000 for a trip from Enugu - PH? Because that's roughly how much a trip on the Eurostar costs for the same distance and that's with their own in-house maintenance capability, so it would even cost even more than that here. So who will use such a train? Dangote?

Of course such deductions require a functioning brain which is something you don't have. Copy and paste is what you know.

I bet you even have no idea that a standard gauge coastal line from Lagos - Calabar is being constructed.

A private sector train company has the FREEDOM to invest as much percentage of its money on the luxury of its trains, while a government company cannot because it is SADDLED with too many responsibilities to BLOW all of its money on unnecessary luxury aspects.
