No wonder he needs a new presidential jet! For the president of one of the poorest countries of 170 million population to budget 400 million for executive aircraft at such a moment? Well an achiever does not need such a squad. All he needs is to simply SHOW US his achievements, and he will easily win the election. Even if he uses the power of incubency and money/rigging to win, his name will remain in the guinness book of records as the worst president any country in the world has ever had!
