No. Igbo, Yoruba and Hausa are the biggest and major ethnic groups in Nigeria. Smaller ethnic groups must join any of the three nations they prefer.

By the way, a large part of Delta is Igbo. Anioma people are the indigenous Igbo groups located in Delta State. Anioma is an Igbo socio-cultural group comprising Enuani Igbo (Aniocha/Oshimili), Ukwuani Igbo, and Ika Igbo communities. The Anioma are the Western portion of Igboland located in Delta State, and for administrative purposes, they are referred to as Delta North.
