Why should political office holders or election winners/riggers be called honorable when many of them are not honorable by their actions.

Many political leaders and office holders are not honorable in their words, actions and lifestyle but yet they are being addressed as honorable members of the house etc

Even when they are fighting in the house of assembly/reps, they are still called honorable members of the house.

Is the designation "honorable" a political portfolio or they deserve being called honorable
